Educator development at the AABIP meeting aims to enhance teaching effectiveness by emphasizing hands-on simulation training. The Educator Development sessions provide a structured platform where participants can refine their skills in curriculum development, interactive teaching, and delivering effective feedback, with a primary focus on immersive simulation-based learning. This year, we will highlight the best practices in designing and implementing simulation scenarios, debriefing techniques, and optimizing learner engagement to improve procedural education and clinical training.

Interested attendees must submit an application; selected applicants will be invited to participate in the session.
